    • Direct Dealing: Our gift cards are issued directly through Jocelyn’s Esthetics, ensuring you get the genuine experience we promise. We always recommend purchasing gift cards directly from our official channels to guarantee authenticity.

    • Non-refundable: gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

    • Lost or Stolen: We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them with the same care as cash.

    • Defects: If you encounter any issues with your gift cards, such as problems with redemption, be sure to contact us immediately. We'll address such concerns on a case-by-case basis.
